Don’t let your stress spread cancer- my cancer doctor said

Stress and health: After I got to know that I had breast cancer, I was shattered. The  cancer doctor in Kolkata  who was treating me told me about the consequences of stress, yet I was not in a condition to be stress-free. He told me that my situation could be worse due to my high-stress level. “Researchers show that stress can affect the human body and especially those who are diagnosed with chronic diseases”, he added. He advised some simple activities to reduce my stress. Activities are as follows: Laugh: Laughter is more like an exercise. It can release endorphins. He suggested me to meet friends who can make me laugh. I never had the idea that those silly videos that I watched at times would act as a type of treatment as those make me laugh. Exercise: A little bit of exercise is okay. The  oncologist  based  in Kolkata  prescribed me some very easy exercises which would help me release the ‘feel good" hormones.
